In case you wonder how I got this effect, I set up my camera on a tripod and took a still photo with an exposure of 10 seconds. Then I took a second photo with an exposure of 10 seconds but half way though, after 5 seconds, I slowly turned the focus of the camera to make the image larger so that the image had a fixed base part plus an expanding image over it. Later I took out about two streaks that were caused by the lights on the other side of Parkway.
